In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

The peonies were out of season. Received a message right away and found an equally beautiful alternative. On top of that, the delivery person stayed in contact with me as he navigated a challenging surprise delivery. All worked out well! Steller service!

This florist called me from the flower market concerned the peonies I ordered for my daughter were not going to be as pictured on her site. My daughter loves the arrangement as do I and I will be using them again in the future. Living across the country it is always hard to know which florist to choose and they more than met my expectations. Thank you again.
